We need a new referee coordinator. The time commitment from Feb - Apr is a few hours, with daily coverage needed during the May & June season. This person is responsible for hiring referees, ensure they have completed appropriate clinics, assigning games, communicate cancellations, and reschedule shifts. Collecting game sheets, preparing timesheets for payroll. Must be organized, available by phone at all times during May and June and always carry contact information. This person must be able to act immediately and make quick decisions. Must have a vehicle, cell phone, computer and internet access. There are no monthly meetings required for this position, it counts towards your family volunteer commitment and you receive a small discount from your child(ren)'s soccer fees.
Line Painting Coordinator -
We need someone to fill these shoes and we even have someone dedicated to train you this year. The duties included are coordinates and supervises volunteers to maintain fields. Keeps fields in safe playing conditions. Order and purchase supplies for marking lines on field. Schedule field marking and mange maintenance of field marking equipment. This commitment is a few hours 3-4 times per season. There are no monthly meetings required for this position, it counts towards your family volunteer commitment and you receive a small discount from your child(ren)'s soccer fees.
